Terms and Conditions
By ordering from CampEscape Store you agree to the terms below. They cover pricing, shipping, returns and how our designs may be used.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock or if a pricing error occurs.
Handmade variation
Our magnets are printed in small batches, so slight variation in colour, finish and trim is normal and part of the character of the product.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery windows shown at checkout and in your account are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Once a parcel leaves our hands, transit times, customs delays, duties and import fees are outside our control.
Returns and damaged parcels
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
Accounts and reviews
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Reviews you submit are moderated before publishing, and we may decline reviews that are abusive, off-topic or not tied to a real order.
Designs and content
All artwork, photography and text on this site belongs to CampEscape.ca Store and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission. Magnets are sold for personal use.
