We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to get your magnets to your door, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
When you place an order or create an account we store your name, email address, phone number, shipping address and order history. If you message us, we keep that conversation so we can help you. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor — we never see or store them.
How we use it
To process and ship orders, send order and shipping notifications, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional CampEscape updates. You can turn updates off any time in your account settings.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the store work: our payment processor, our email provider and the shipping carriers that deliver your parcel. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart, plus basic page-view counts so we know which magnets people love.
Your choices
You can view and edit your details in your account, unsubscribe from updates, or ask us to delete your account entirely. Email hello@campescape.ca and we will take care of it.
